David J. Evans, P.E.
President
David Evans has over 10 years of experience in the wireless business, engineering cell site facilities and wireless networks for four of the national wireless carriers in the New York market. As Senior Manager at Sprint Nextel, David managed the development of Sprint Nextel's wireless networks in New York City, Long Island, Upstate New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. He has designed hundreds of cell sites, including water tanks, monopoles, rooftops, and stealth designs.

David holds a masters degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, NY, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey.

John McAuliffe
Director of Real Estate Services
John McAuliffe has over 13 years of experience in the wireless business, developing cell site facilities for all 6 carriers in the New York market. John managed the development of Nextel's network in the New York City and Long Island markets before becoming a site development consultant for the wireless industry.

John has led the development of hundreds of cell sites of all designs, including water tanks, monopoles, rooftops, and stealth designs.

Roger Mascetti

Roger Mascetti has over 10 years of experience in the wireless business, engineering cell site facilities and optimizing wireless networks for two of the national wireless carriers in the New York market. As RF Manager at Sprint Nextel, Roger managed the design and optimization of Sprint Nextel's wireless networks in New York City and Long Island. He has designed hundreds of cell sites, including water tanks, monopoles, rooftops, and stealth designs.

Roger holds a masters degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, NY.
